PROTECTION PLAN PRODUCT SUITE
Premier Tire & Wheel Protection
Premier Tire & Wheel Protection covers damage to the customer’s tires and wheels caused by road hazards such as metal, nails,
glass, debris, potholes, etc.
Eligibility Requirements
▶ Available on its own as a standalone product or as part of the Copper, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Protection packages
▶ Available on new, pre-owned and Certified Pre-Owned Lamborghini vehicles
▶ Sold only at the time of vehicle purchase or lease
▶ Up to seven (7) years of coverage
▶ Commercial and fleet vehicles are excluded, but professional use, for example realtor or outside sales, is allowed
▶ No mileage limitations

Transfer Requirements
▶ Transfers of this product to another private party are allowed within thirty (30) days of the covered vehicle’s resale. A transfer to a dealership is not allowed
Plan Coverage and Deductibles
▶ Covers replacement of the tire if it suffers structural damage due to a road hazard such as glass, metal, potholes, debris,
nails, etc. which prevents the tire from holding air (includes coverage for tires with run-flat technology). Tires are never plugged
or patched.
▶ Replacement of wheels if road hazard damage prevents the wheel from sealing with the tire and maintaining the tire
manufacturer’s air pressure specifications.
▶ Coverage of costs associated with the replacement of the tires and/or wheels plus labor charges including mounting, balancing,
valve stems, tire disposal and taxes.
▶ Towing expenses reimbursed up to $250 in the event of road hazard damage.
▶ Tires must have a minimum of 3/32” of tread depth at the lowest point on the tire at the time of damage.
▶ Air pressure monitors are covered only when damaged by a road hazard and not when damaged by the technician removing the
tire or the wheel during the repair.
▶ Prior authorization is required before the Premier Tire & Wheel Protection benefit is provided.
Cosmetic Damage Repair
▶ Covers repair for cosmetic wheel damage such as nicks and scrapes that can be repaired by sanding, painting, or refinishing the
wheel without the need to apply additional material or bend/straighten the wheel
▶ Cosmetic wheel coverage is limited to a total of eight (8) repair claims during the contract term
▶ Reasonable efforts will be made to match original paint color, but replacement of a wheel will not be authorized solely because
the paint used for the repair does not match the original paint color
▶ The size of a wheel can impact the effectiveness of cosmetic wheel repair techniques. Reasonable efforts will be made to
cosmetically repair the wheel and to match the original wheel finish. Replacement of a wheel will not be authorized solely
because Cosmetic Damage is deemed not repairable due to the size of the wheel.
Deductibles
▶ For each claim the Customer is responsible for $100 deductible per tire replacement; and $250 deductible per wheel
replacement in all states.
Note: There is no deductible associated cosmetic wheel repair
Replacement Parts
▶ Replacement parts covered under the program utilize new, genuine OEM parts, re-manufactured, or of like kind quality. Coverage is not restricted by vehicle mileage and will continue even if tires are replaced (as long as replacement tires meet vehicle manufacturer’s specifications).
Convenient Repair Location
▶ Covered repairs maybe performed at the selling dealer or any other authorized repair facility.
Coverage Exclusions May Apply
▶ Tires having less than 3/32” of tread depth at the lowest point on the tire at the time of damage
▶ Cosmetic damage to tires
▶ Any and all fines
▶ Snow tire mounting and removal
▶ Towing by unlicensed service station or garages
▶ Second tows
▶ Rental/replacement vehicle charges
▶ Vehicle storage charges
▶ Service on vehicles in unsafe condition or service or towing
▶ Failures resulting from normal wear and tear, improper wear, or dry rot
▶ Reimbursement for service or towing on roads not regularly maintained
▶ Tire/wheel accessories
▶ Garage and/or shop supplies
▶ Nitrogen filling for tires
▶ Alignment or mechanical adjustments
▶ Shipping associated with the damaged tire or wheel
▶ Any towing costs exceeding $250
▶ Towing not related to the repair or replacement of a tire or wheel damaged due to a covered road hazard
▶ Damage due to sidewall damage, broken tire belts, operator error, abnormal wear, weather cracking, tread separation,
dry rot or vandalism
▶ Aftermarket tires or wheels which do not meet the manufactures specifications and guidelines
▶ Carbon fiber wheels or magnesium wheels
▶ Damage exacerbated by the continued use of of a damaged tire or wheel after the initial occurrence of the damage
▶ Consequential and incidental damages
▶ Recapped tires and racing tires
▶ Damaged caused by off-roading
▶ Damaged occurred on unmaintained road, beaches and open fields
▶ Damaged caused by racing on road or off road
▶ Damage caused by road conditions (such as uneven lanes or metal plates) found in construction zones or construction sites
▶ Damage caused by vandalism, theft, or driving with low or no tire pressure
▶ Repairs made without prior authorization
Cosmetic Repair
Exclusions: Chrome wheels, alloy wheels with chrome simulations, chrome dipped wheels, fiberglass wheels, and powder-coated wheels are not covered under the cosmetic wheel repair program.
Dent Protection
Dent Protection utilizes Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) which is a process developed by automobile manufacturing production teams
that uses specialized hand tools to gently push the dented metal back to its original form. This process removes door dings and
minor dents without harming the covered vehicle’s factory finish. This program covers the removal of dents and dings that are no
larger than four (4) inches in diameter and are within an accessible area located on a body panel of the covered vehicle.

▶ Available on its own as a standalone product or as part of the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Protection packages
▶ Available on new, pre-owned and Certified Pre-Owned Lamborghini vehicles
▶ Cannot be sold after the date of vehicle purchase or lease
▶ Up to seven (7) years of coverage
▶ Commercial and fleet vehicles are excluded, but professional use, for example realtor or outside sales, is allowed

Plan Coverage and Deductibles
▶ The repair of the dents and dings on both vertical and horizontal areas of the vehicle utilizing the Paintless Dent Repair process.
▶ Dents and dings must be no larger than four (4) inches in diameter and must be within an accessible area located on a body
panel of the covered vehicle.
▶ Hail damage is covered under the Dent Protection component of this Agreement up to the dollar value of Customer’s
comprehensive damage deductible (if a claim was filed with the comprehensive policy insurer) or one thousand ($1,000) dollars,
whichever is less.
▶ Permanently removes door dings and minor dents without harming the vehicle’s factory finish.
▶ Vehicles with steel or aluminum body panels.
▶ Prior authorization required before Dent Protection benefit is provided
Convenient Repair Location
▶ Covered repairs maybe performed at the selling dealer or any other authorized repair facility. With convenience in mind, repairs can be performed at the Lamborghini Dealer, at the customer’s home, or at the customer’s place of business.
Deductible
▶ There is no deductible associated with Dent Protection.

▶ No limit on occurrences or claim benefits
▶ No limit on the number of service calls
▶ No mileage limitations
▶ No aggregate limit
Coverage Exclusions May Apply
▶ Large or deep dents
▶ Dents or dings that are larger than four (4) inches in diameter
▶ Body panels which utilize plastic, fiberglass, carbon fiber, or other non-metal composite body panels
▶ Dents or dings which have broken the paint or punctured the metal of the vehicle
▶ Dents or dings on a roof panel that are determined to be inaccessible or unrepairable due to the presence of a moon roof
or sunroof
▶ Dents or dings that are determined to be inaccessible due to aftermarket services or equipment installed on the vehicle and/or
where such equipment has altered the vehicles original or normal body configuration
▶ Creased metal
▶ Edges where it is determined that the vehicle’s bracing does not allow for the PDR process
▶ Any dent or ding that if repaired could in any way damage the vehicle’s original manufacture’s paint or finish
▶ Replacement of vehicle body panels
▶ Sanding, bonding or painting
Windshield Protection
Windshield Protection covers repairs and one (1) replacement of the front windshield due to damage such as chips and cracks
caused by road hazards such as propelled rocks, road debris, wood fragments, metal parts, plastic or composite scraps, or any
other propelled object.
State Eligibility
▶ Windshield Protection is not available in Florida
▶ Windshield Protection provides front windshield repair only in Arizona, Georgia, Maine, New York, Texas, and Wyoming
▶ Front windshield repair and one (1) replacement coverage is available in all other states
Other Eligibility Requirements
▶ Available on its own as a standalone product or as part of the Gold and Platinum Protection packages
▶ Available on new, pre-owned, and Certified Pre-Owned Lamborghini vehicles
▶ Cannot be sold after the date of vehicle purchase or lease
▶ Up to seven (7) years of coverage

Plan Coverage and Deductibles
▶ Repairs chips and cracks on the front windshield caused by propelled rocks, road debris, and other road hazards
▶ Provides one (1) replacement of the front windshield during the coverage period
▶ Covers charges for repairs or replacement of your front windshield, including manufacturer-required vehicle system calibration
and wheel alignments as a result of a windshield replacement, up to $7,500 total during the product agreement term.
▶ Prior authorization required before Windshield Protection benefit is provided
Note: Front windshield replacement coverage is not available in AZ, GA, NY, ME, TX or WY
Replacement Parts
▶ Replacement parts covered under the program utilize Genuine OEM parts, re-manufactured, or of like kind quality.

Coverage Exclusions May Apply
▶ Damage to areas other than the front windshield
▶ More than one (1) replacement of the front windshield
▶ Stress cracks
▶ Cracks on the inside of the windshield
▶ Damage caused by hail, vandalism, or neglect
▶ Pre-existing damage, conditions or wear
▶ Repairs that will result in an obstruction of the driver’s line of sight
▶ Recalibrations costs over $500
▶ In the event a windshield is replaced, vehicle alignment is excluded from the recalibration exercise
Key Protection
Key Protection provides a comprehensive emergency assistance service for a customer/member’s keys and key fobs which are
lost, damaged, or stolen.
Eligibility Requirements
▶ Available on its own as a standalone product or as part of the Platinum Protection package
▶ Available on new, pre-owned, and Certified Pre-Owned Lamborghini vehicles
▶ Cannot be sold after the date of vehicle purchase or lease
▶ Up to seven (7) years of coverage
▶ Commercial and fleet vehicles are excluded, but professional use, for example realtor or outside sales, is allowed
▶ Two master keys must be provided at the time of sale in order for customer/member to be eligible for the program

Plan Coverage and Deductibles
▶ If the programmable key or transponder is lost, damaged, or stolen, Key Protection covers the replacement of the key/
transponder up to $800 per occurrence.
▶ Prior authorization required before key replacement benefit is provided.
Replacement Parts
▶ Replacement parts covered under the program utilize Genuine OEM parts, re-manufactured, or of like kind quality.
Deductible

Additional Benefits
▶ Towing reimbursement (up to $250) associated with the replacement/reprogramming of a lost key
▶ Taxi/rental vehicle/public transportation reimbursement (up to $75) if member is unable to replace keys and/or drive the
covered vehicle on the same day
▶ 24-hour home lock-out assistance and locksmith reimbursement (up to $100 per occurrence). If keys have to be made for the
member’s home, program covers up to three (3) key replacements for the term of membership (up to $75 per replacement key)
▶ Replacement benefit for additional non-programmable keys on the key ring (up to $250 is covered for additional keys on the
member’s key ring)
▶ Emergency message relay for up to three emergency contacts if the member is involved in a vehicular emergency. Up to three
family members, friends or business associates can be contacted with an emergency message
▶ No limit on the number of service calls
▶ No mileage limitations
▶ Car rental discounts may be available
Coverage Exclusions May Apply:
▶ Any replacement key made without prior authorization
▶ Any cost or key replacement for which the manufacturer has announced its responsibility through any form of communication
including public recalls or factory service bulletins
▶ Any replacement costs covered by a manufacturer, repairer, or supplier’s guarantee or warranty
▶ Any programmable key replacement for a vehicle that is NOT the covered vehicle
▶ Any consequential damages or loss, whether direct or otherwise, resulting in the failure or loss of a covered vehicle key
▶ Any key replacement if it determined that the customer did not receive at least two (2) copies of the master key to the covered
vehicle on the date that the customer purchased key protection
▶ Any key replacement occurring outside the United States or Canada
▶ Fraud, misuse, overuse or improper use of benefits
▶ Dealer or lease company subrogation or key replacement cost during the vehicle return process
